Returns and Exchange Policy

Wren & Ivy will refund orders purchased from Wren & Ivy within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item purchased from www.wrenandivy.com, please fill out the (exchange form).1 One of our team members will contact you within 3 business days. An item in new condition may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Final Sale items are non – returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Wren & Ivy reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Wren & Ivy’s sole discretion.

Please note that Wren & Ivy does not accept returns for custom-made products, dirty, damaged or worn products. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another item, please contact our sales department at info@wrenandivy.com so that we may place a new order for you. Please note that exchanges can be made only for the same product (e.g. size change).   We’ll place your new order, charging your credit card, and we’ll waive regular shipping charges on your new item. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Gifts and Dealer Items.

If you wish to return an item purchased from a Wren & Ivy dealer, or if you wish to exchange an item that you received as a gift, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@wrenandivy.com for instructions. We cannot refund the purchase price of gifts or items purchased from a Wren & Ivy dealer. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

 

Shipping/Packaging and Labeling

Customers must pay return shipping charges. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty and taxes, for both returns and exchanges. When shipping, please insure your package for its full value.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a return address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. Please explain the reason for the return and the outcome you desire.
